Flexible Fuel Filler Hose

Premium quality certified A2 flexible marine fuel hose.

To meet the latest European Directive for boats with inboard engines, flexible fuel lines must meet stringent fire testing standards to gain ISO approval. This type A2 hose is suitable for transporting fuel to the tank from the deck filler.

This hose is certified to ISO 7840 and for convenience is available by the metre.

It is available in the following sizes (I.D. x O.D.):

38mm (1 1/2″) x 50mm

50mm (2″) x 63mm

Suitable for all marine fuels including petrol and diesel.

Composition: Black petrol and diesel oil resistant NBR rubber inner tube, high tensile steel spiral helix wire reinforcement, synthetic textile reinforcement layer, black neoprene outer cover (resistant to abrasion, ozone, weather, heat , flame, sea water and oil).

The unique factor of this hose that its undulating outer cover means that it more flexible than standard fuel filler pipe. Although still a tough pipe it is slightly more forgiving so if you are struggling to get your filler pipe around a bend then this pipe might be the answer. The minimum bend radius of the pipe is 60mm for the 38mm pipe and 75mm for the 50mm pipe.
