Order Processing Time:

Most orders are processed and despatched in 1-2 working days.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or national holidays,.

Delivery Costs:

Free 48 hour tracked delivery is included with most orders.

All orders will be sent using a tracked delivery service and you will be provided with the tracking details in your order confirmation.

Our free shipping applies to most Mainland UK postcodes. Orders may take slightly longer to reach some remote postcodes, due to restrictions in the postal network.

Delivery to Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Orkney Islands, Hebrides, Shetland Islands & Scottish Islands:

For small items there is no surcharge for delivery to these locations.  However, large bulky or fragile items weighing over 30kg or longer than 2.5m may incur additional charges.  If you are lucky enough to live in these island locations, please contact us to check if additional charges apply to your order.

International Orders:

Currently we can process orders to all areas of the UK.

International shipping to most countries can be arranged on request. Please contact info@shop4tanks.co.uk with your full delivery address and shopping list for a shipping quote.

Delivery Issues:

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or a stock problem that may result in a delay to your order we will contact you via email or telephone.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. In the first instance please check the tracking details for your delivery with the delivery provider for a status update.
