Useful for joining pipe work and ball valves, these investment cast double hexagon nipples are handy to have around.

The hexagon shaped nut in the centre makes tightening up the nipple with a spanner easier. They are rated to 150lb / 10 bar and they are suitable for use in marine environments as they are made from 316 grade stainless steel.

These nipples are available in a range of imperial BSP thread sizes from 1/4″ up to 2″. Both threads on this male BSP fitting are tapered. Tapered threads fit well into female parallel sockets.
